At Custom Jackets Co, we want you to feel just as confident in your jacket as you look. If you’re not totally satisfied, we’ll make it right—fast and hassle-free. Because when you’re happy, we’re happy!

30 Day Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

How to file a return:

  • Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our returns team at sales@customjacketsco.com to initiate the returns process.
  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
  • Pack the item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories if you included them.
  • Include the Return Authorization Number: Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure receipt of your return.
  • Restocking Fee: We don’t charge any restocking fee on our products.

Refund procedure:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-refundable items: Some items are non-refundable, including

damaged or defective items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@customjacketsco.com with details and photos of the problem. We will try to resolve the problem quickly.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
